What is the class size?
Each class can have a maximum of 12 families.
What if I start classes after the semester begins?
MerryMamas welcomes families at any point during the semester! Depending when you join, MerryMamas may prorate for classes missed due to late registration. You may also consider making up the classes that you will or have missed.
Why aren't there classes for specific age groups?
Classes with children of different ages have intellectual and social benefits for both younger and older children. In fact, it's the learning environment recommended by many early childhood researchers. Older children learn empathy and awareness of others, while developing leadership qualities and gaining self-confidence. Younger children learn by imitating the older ones and often show more complex behaviors earlier than usual. Even babies benefit by being in an environment that gives them lots of opportunities to observe the behavior of children of varying ages. Plus, it allows everyone — siblings, parents, grandparents, caregivers — to share in the musical experience together!
What is the refund policy?
There will be no refund of fees 7 days before the start of the first class. You may cancel your registration for any reason up to 7 days before your first class. You will be refunded your tuition minus a $40 admin fee. We regret we cannot offer any refunds after class starts.
What is the make up policy?
Each registered child is allowed for make up classes anytime during the term at any location, class slot or week, subject to availability of space. Please inform us 1 week in advance. We will also be designating one week after the last class as the make up week, if you can't make up at other locations or time. Makeups cannot be transferred over semesters.
